Rates from $190 per night for up to 4 people.

Additional people are $25 per person per night.

Toggs Cottage can sleep up to 6 people in total.

Seasonal rates may apply and a minimum nights stay is required for events and at peak periods.

For cancellations made within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the booking, and at least 14 days before the check-in date, a full refund will be provided. A 50% (fifty percent) refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 7 (seven) days before the check-in date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 (seven) days of check-in date.

The City of Busselton has introduced a new policy for short stay accommodation.

A maximum of six people can stay at Toggs Cottage, with a total of four vehicles (including trailers & boats) to be parked off the street.

After 10pm all visitors must depart and music turned down in respect for neighboring properties.

All guests must comply with the Code of Conduct.

• Not making noise that would unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours.
• Respecting the accommodation and community, by not intentionally, recklessly or negligently damaging personal or common property.
• Abiding by the house rules, including any by-laws .
• Guests are responsible for the actions and behavior of any visitors they invite to the property during their stay.

Dogs must not be left unattended at the property, and cannot be left inside the house unattended.
